You are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated eoom(s) or to the Widenote Sdn Bhd premises or peroperty caused by you or any persons in your party (whether or not staying at the homestay unit) during your stay. Widenote Sdn Bhd reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card detail and charge or debir such amount as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit on the said card(s) to compensate or make good the loss, damage, costs or ecpenses incurres or suffered by widenote Homestay as a result of the aforesaid. regardless, Widenote Sdn Bhd further reserves the right to commence legal proceedings against you without notice.
All guest are strictly waering proper swimming attire for the use of swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna at Level 7. (jersey, track suit and cotton are forbidden)

- One (1) child below 12yrs old stay on complimentary basis provided sharing existing beddings with adults.
This is non-refundable booking
- The booking cannot be cancelled
- The booking can not be amend
- Once booking is received the hotel will charge full payment to the credit card for the whole stay.
No-Show / Shorten stay:
- Full stay per room will be charged on your credit card for NO SHOW.
- No refund in full or in part will be made for un-utilized services included in the package or for shorten stay and no-show.
- User shall receive 2 email notifications from the payment gateway provider and also our hotel website within the transaction day. If you do not receive any email notification, kindly inform for getting the details of your bookings.
